The quality is good, but I need very much to feel any effects.
I need a minimum of ten capsules, which is quite a lot in my opinion. The effects are nice though. Very relaxing.
I hoped that six capsules is enough, but every body is different and every kratom too, so I have to take 10-12 capsules. Swift shipping. Great service. Cheers!
