This rare pepper is grown in remote jungle slopes in Indonesia and processed by hand on mountainsides. Hand picking only takes place from March to July. Indonesian pepper is an extremely rare pepper with a very low annual production. The taste is explosive, strong but with a smooth finish. Each color of pepper has a different and distinctive flavor profile .
